Well today was my weigh in. My last official weigh in was 2 weeks ago at 177. Today I was 172! Yes! That means so far I have had a 23 pound loss from Body Revolution. Let's see if this last week can make it a 25 pound loss.
Today I did Workout 6. I really love this workout. Well I don't so much enjoy the exercise where you are in the plank position with the weights in your hands and then you raise the weights. It hurts my hands when they are both on the ground with the weights. Any tips on that? But I love, absolutely LOVE, the last circuit. There is so much ab work and it feels so good. It burns so much but I just smile the whole time. I could do ab work all day. I went shopping today for a few new clothes. Every single thing I tried on fit me. Even some large items were too large and I had to go down to a medium. I got size large exercise pants when normally I would be extra large. I was so impressed. Even a pair of size 14 pants fit me, but I think it was just that that particular brand was a little large for a size 14. Either way it made me feel nice. I am nowhere near where I want to be, but I wasn't disgusted with what I saw in the mirror today. I really pushed it today during Body Revolutio...
I know I haven't updated in a while, and I wanted to do so. I got off track yet again. I feel awful about that but it happened. I think that it doesnt matter if you get off track, its just important that you get back ON track. And I am back. I had lots of stuff going on in my life, which is no excuse but sometimes life gets in the way. Well, my little girl turned 1 two days ago and we are officially done breastfeeding. I'm both sad and relieved. I'm excited to really crack down on this weight loss journey. So I kept getting stuck on week 9 and I restarted phase 3 like 5 times. About two weeks ago I restarted again and decided I wouldn't blog again until I stuck with it and finished weeks 9 and 10 and I'm happy to tell you that tonight I finished week 10. Tomorrow I will begin week 11 and I am positive with only 3 weeks left that I will not get off track any more. I'm excited to finish up. I'm also excited to take my final weight and measurements and my befor...
Here we are at the end of 2015. It was not exactly the year I thought I would have. I turned 30 and was sure I would be in shape by this time. I am still so far away from being at my goal weight. However, I have many, many non-scale victories to celebrate. In 2015 I became a regular at the gym. Like every day. I ran my first 5k. I tried so many new classes at the gym. And now I look forward to a challenge in the gym and am not afraid to try new things. The past few weeks I've been better with my eating and my pants are starting to fall off. My main problem is my eating. I workout a ton. But no matter how much you workout, if you still eat like crap, you won't see changes. That is what I have learned this year. Honestly. It's so true. I have worked my butt off to the point where I have no dry spots left on my clothes. But yet, I end this year at just a few pounds lower than at the start of this year. And those few pounds I lost were just in the past few weeks. The eating HAS...
