Body Revolution Day 28 of 90

Today I did Phase 2 day 1, workout 5. I was nervous about it all day, and I'm gonna be honest, I kept putting off starting it basically all day because I was scared. But then I mustered up the courage and did it and it was awesome. It was definitely harder and I had to modify a bit. But I was smiling the whole time because it burned so good and you can just tell that its going to get results. Really.

The exercises were so interesting. Some of them are just harder versions of ones we have done before, like the crab pose with one leg raised. But some are completely new, like pretendeing to swing an axe with a weight.

Today was weigh in day and I was 188! Out of the 190s! Finally. I'm hoping to lose some more this week. My muscles feel nice and worked. I don't know why but workout 5 went by super fast.

Okay, workout 6 tomorrow of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution! I can do it! And I won't be afraid!
