Body Revolution Days 10 and 11 of 90
Yesterday I didn't get a chance to blog about my workout. My kids are still sick and we were up with them until almost 2 a.m. It was exhausting. But my workout yesterday was my last time doing workout 1. Today was my last day with workout 2! I can't believe its almost time to move on to the next workouts. I'm a little nervous because I know Jillian is going to step it up, but I'm also looking forward to pushing myself and seeing the results.
About Jillian's meal plan. I'm not following it at all. Many people are and are seeing great results with it, but I am just going by the calories My Fitness Pal says I need to eat which is 1630 a day. Whenever I exercise I eat back those calories as well.
What do I eat? Almost every morning I eat oatmeal for breakfast. Lately I've been putting a tablespoon of my homemade almond butter in it because I have a hard time making my calories. I try to eat healthy, but I still eat chocolate every day. You would not believe the positive changes I have made in my eating though. It used to be nothing for me to eat pop tarts for breakfast, chicken nuggets for lunch, and a huuuuge takeout container of chinese food for dinner. So yes, I still eat chocolate, but I make that at home from a recipe I have and it only uses 3 ingredients. I get all my yummy recipes from www.chocolatecoveredkatie.com so I can still have treats while giving them a healthy spin.
I really see a difference in my body. My legs are my most hated body part and they are the part I feel is changing the most. They look so much smaller and smoother. I've had two children, and many moms know about that little "mom pooch" many ladies get after having babies, well mine has gotten a lot smaller! My waist is also smaller. Crazy. My husband looks drastically different too. I'm almost sad I'm already done with day 11. I want more Body Revolution time! That's okay, once I'm done, I intend to do Ripped In 30 then do Body Revolution again but doing all of the harder modifications on the exercises. That's the plan anyway!
Tomorrow is cardio. I love cardio. Okay, see you tomorrow!
