Body Revolution Day 27 of 90
Yay! Body Revolution Phase 1 is DONE! I can't believe I did it! I did cardio 1 for the very last time today. I burned 220 calories. Tomorrow I will begin Phase 2! I guess I should really call this day 28. Like I said before, our first week doing Body Revolution we skipped the rest day and went straight into week 2, so we are technically missing a day.
I am very pleased with my results so far and can't wait to see what Phase 2 brings!
