Body Revolution Day 19 of 90
Today was cardio 1 again. I really pushed it and burned a little over 300 calories in the 27 minutes! I'm so proud of myself!
Does anyone drink water during their workout? I drink several cups. I sip between set. I don't know if that's frowned upon or not but I just know for myself, I need that water.
Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day but I'm taking my rest day Tuesday. So tomorrow is workout 3 again. Last week of phase 1. I can't believe it!
