Body Revolution Day 15 of 90

I burned 304 calories doing workout 4 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. It was woking out the back muscles of the body. Oh goodness I felt it so muc. I loved it. You could feel the burn so much. Tomorrow is another day of cardio. I really noticed a difference in the appearance of my legs today. I'm so impressed.
