Body Revolution Day 14 of 90

Today was workout 3. It. Was. Crazy! Jillian really stepped it up a notch- a couple of notches, even. I felt so challenged. I really felt the burn especially in my arms. She combined some of the moves from workout 1, so you will work upper and lower body at the same time. My favorite move was called the Camel. I just loved it. I burned 331 calories in the 37 minutes. I had to modify some moves, and at some points I had to stop working out to really watch how Jillian did a move, and then I was able to start back. Next time I do the workout I will really know how to do it well.

The thing that is fantastic about Body Revolution is that you only do each workout 4 times (other than the cardio, which you do more), so you will NOT get bored with a workout. And if you hate a workout, after you do it once you only have 3 more of that workout to go. It's not so bad when you look at it that way.

I feel like its okay if you can't do some moves. I really did have to modify a few. The goal is to not QUIT! If you get to a level and it is too hard, just keep going, do what you can. Your body will never change if you just give up.

Today was my weigh in. I lost another pound. So a total of 3 pounds lost so far. I'm happy with that since I'm breastfeeding. Slow and steady wins the race. My husband, however, is dropping pounds like its hot. He is looking so thin! Tomorrow is his weigh in day and I will let you know how much he has lost tomorrow.
